Because we hand-craft all bags to order in small batch runs, your bag will be finished and shipped from Chicago within 2-4 weeks of orders received M-F. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Anything worth having doesn’t happen fast after all! Shipping within the United States is by UPS Ground, but we can get it to you faster if you need it sooner. International shipments usually arrive 4-6 weeks after your order is processed. - Returns & Replacements
- Years ago I ordered a backpack from a company that was small at the time, and is huge now. No need to mention the name, but after 4 months of owning and liking this expensive bag, the zipper broke. The company was responsive and apologetic for the defect, and very quickly repaired it and sent it back in tip top shape. This left an indelible impression on me. Isn’t this the way it’s supposed to be? If you have any defects or malfunctions with your Defy product, simply contact us and explain what’s going on. We’ll make sure that you have the same positive experience I had years ago. Having said that, any defect that might occur would have to get by me, so I’m not expecting to hear anything but positive online postings from you.
- Custom Ordering
- All custom orders have a minimum $25 fee since we're altering patterns, materials, etc. As many of the best ideas come from you, hit us up and lets see if its possible. For example: Let’s say you see a bag on our site but wonder if it can be made in a different color than we’re offering...just email us at info@defybags.com and we’ll go from there. If it’s reasonable and can be done, we’ll make it happen. If the request is more elaborate and time/materials intensive, we'll give you a time/cost estimate.
