Meet the Inverted Black Dyneema Defender Daytripper.

At first glance it looks stealthy and understated. Look closer and you’ll see something unusual. We flipped the Dyneema.

Normally the smooth side faces out. On this run we turned it inside out on purpose, exposing the raw structural side of the fabric. The side Dyneema obsessives quietly lose their minds over. The grid. The character. The slightly chaotic texture that tells you this thing was engineered for strength first and beauty second.

The result is the lightest and strongest Daytripper we’ve made to date. Dyneema is already legendary for its strength-to-weight ratio. In this form it feels almost unreal. Pick it up and you’ll probably double check that there’s actually something in your hands.

Inside, the bag opens to a rich brown Coyote X-Pac™ lining, a warm contrast to the stealth exterior and another material known for toughness, waterproofing, and zero nonsense durability. If you find yourself howling, we get it. 

Function didn’t take the day off either. Up front is a quick-access dump pocket for the things you reach for constantly. Around back, a YKK Aquaguard zippered pocket keeps passports and your more secret things tucked away. Inside you’ll find a fully padded closed-cell foam tech area sized for iPads and similar gear, a gunmetal rifle-clip key clip, interior organization pockets, and a couple of pen holders for the analog holdouts.

This isn’t a big production run. Not even close. We made a very small handful of these.

Because sometimes we like to see what happens when you take the strongest fabric on earth, flip it upside down, and let our team do their thing.
