The VerSidious Sling

The VerSidious started with a simple idea: what if we mashed up some of our favorite design elements from the VerBockel Day Pack with the carry DNA of our Insidious Sling?

Hence, VerSidious.

And because apparently two DEFY bags weren't enough inspiration, we snuck a little Defender DNA into the structured, buckle-heavy front flap.

You get the capacity and roll-top adaptability of the VerBockel combined with the crossbody carry and sought-after padded strap system of the Insidious, which eventually became popular enough that we started selling it separately as our Ultimate Strap System. On the VerSidious, it comes standard. Add serious laptop capacity and a ridiculous amount of imported Austrian hardware, and you've got something that sits somewhere between sling, messenger and backpack.

For this Limited Run, we're building it from water-resistant 1,000-denier MIL-SPEC Rogue Camo MultiCam Black™ CORDURA® with Made-in-USA Coyote X-Pac™ inside. Dark and subdued outside. A completely different world when you lift the flap.

A fully padded tech section accommodates up to a 16" MacBook Pro, while pockets front, back and inside keep the smaller stuff under control. Side MOLLE webbing adds even more flexibility, and an internal MIL-SPEC rifle clip keeps your keys from joining whatever dimension loose keys normally disappear into.

Then there's that strap.

The Ultimate Strap System comes standard on every VerSidious. It's padded, detachable, reversible and easily switches for left- or right-handed carry. A massive imported 2" AustriAlpin COBRA® buckle handles the main connection, while two additional 1" COBRA® buckles lock down the flap.

That's roughly $90 worth of imported Austrian hardware on one bag. Necessary? Probably not. Would the VerSidious be the VerSidious without it? Absolutely not.

A MIL-SPEC Ballistic Nylon flap, YKK AquaGuard® vertical front zipper, MIL-SPEC top handle and military-grade webbing finish the job.

The VerSidious was never designed to fit neatly into a category. That's kind of why we like it. Limited Run. Built in limited numbers.
